  • Monday – Rest
  • Tuesday – 8 @ 8:50
  • Wednesday – 4 @ 9:12
  • Thursday – 7.5 with 20 minutes LT @ 8:56 avg, LT @ 8:08
  • Friday – Rest
  • Saturday – 8 @ 9:25
  • Sunday – 1 mile race @ 7:55, 5K @ 9:01, 7 @ 9:12 (total 11 mi)
