- Thursday – 7.5 with 20 minutes LT @ 8:56 avg, LT @ 8:08
- Friday – Rest
- Saturday – 8 @ 9:25
- Sunday – 1 mile race @ 7:55, 5K @ 9:01, 7 @ 9:12 (total 11 mi)
